04Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade options in your jurisdiction to use Tactical Spreads. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
05Subscriptions and Billing
Access to Tactical Spreads requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through LemonSqueezy.

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase — contact support
- All prices are in USD
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
06Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your subscription
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute scan results or platform data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the underlying scanner algorithms
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
- Resell or commercially redistribute access to the Service
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
07Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, rankings, scoring logic, and platform design are the property of Tactical Spreads. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own personal trading research. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

09Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Market data, option chain data, and calculated metrics may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Do not make trading decisions based solely on information from this platform.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tactical Spreads and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
